Teeth Whitening Tips
Teeth can be stained or discolored for a variety of reasons. If you want to make them brighter and whiter, you can do it safely. There are a number of tips you must follow to get the teeth whitening naturally. Good oral hygiene and regular visits to the dentist will help you maintain healthy teeth and gums.
Brush at least twice a day
The best time to brush your teeth is after meals. Choose a small head toothbrush for better access to the back teeth. Soft bristles are kinder to your gums. Buy our recommended bamboo toothbrush
Limit acidic drinks like soft drinks, cordials and fruit juices.
Food acids weaken the tooth material and dissolve the minerals in the tooth enamel, causing the formation of holes (cavities or caries). In severe cases, the teeth may be ‘ eaten ‘ down to the gum.
Try to save a knocked-out tooth.
If possible, hold your tooth back in place while you seek immediate dental advice. If this is not possible, wrap your tooth in plastic or place it in milk and seek dental advice immediately. Book your 30-minute session.

- Be aware of major stain culprits, such as red wine, tomato-based foods, energy drinks, tea and coffee
- Rinse your mouth with water after eating or drinking so that stain causers don’t sit on your teeth
- Don’t smoke
