Teeth Whitening Pens.
If you need to instantly whiten your teeth a whitening pen may be the right choice for you. The whitening pens are thin tubes filled with a bleaching gel, and the one end brush is used to apply the gel. Consider using the Bamboo Toothbrush and Whitening Pen, which has a whitening pen inside the toothbrush and polishing brush to help remove surface stains. You must add a thin layer of instant whitening toothpaste to your teeth with a brush to whiten your teeth. For even results, make sure you apply the gel to the entire surface of your teeth.
Instant Whitening Toothpaste
If you want to slowly remove stains from your teeth, our toothpaste may be good for you. The toothpaste is easy to use. Simply switch your standard toothpaste to our instant whitening toothpaste, and keep brushing your teeth twice a day.
How Does it work?
Technically, teeth whitening is a process whereby surface stains are removed from your teeth. basically the staining molecules inside your teeth are decolorized but the actual strength of the tooth is not affected in any way, as long as the materials used are approved and registered with the correct authorities. In South Africa, we have to register products with the Medicine Control Council.
How long does it take?
This depends on the bleaching program that has been customized for you. It could take anything from one appointment followed by a week of home whitening to 3 months of home whitening for example. You can contact us prior to booking an appointment to find out if we have any teeth whitening specials available. Book your 30-minute session.
What kind of results can I expect?
It’s common to achieve results 6-8 shades lighter. It depends on what type of stain you have. Teeth aren’t meant to glow in the dark, so you will still have a natural look after your whitening, but whiter results do require more bleaching. Everyone has a different whitening endpoint where the teeth stop changing color.
Things to Consider?
For the best results, it’s very important that your teeth are free of any plaque. Oral health always comes first. Teeth whitening is not necessary for everyone, so your dentist will decide if you’re a good candidate. For example, if you have very sensitive teeth or gum disease, chemical whitening can cause more irritation. If your teeth are colored brown or blue, they may not whiten uniformly when they are bleached.
