There’s a good chance that you’ve seen BreathRX when browsing the dental section of your local pharmacy. I’d personally been wondering about it for a while, until one day I was curious enough to see how effective it’d actually be.
The price tag originally put me off since it’s a few dollars more than Listerine or Scope, but I eventually thought it was worth giving a shot. There’s some pretty heavy duty technology at work in this product, and I’m about to explain what does what here.
The active ingredient inside BreathRX is Zytex. This is a trademarked ingredient that consists of some antibacterial oils (which BreathRX claims effectively kill bad breath bacteria) and zinc, which is a well-known breath neutralizer.
Depending on how extensive you’d like to be with respect to your fight against bad breath, there are a number of different BreathRX products that you may be able to purchase. On a basic level, there’s toothpaste and mouthwash, but there are also tongue scrapers, tongue sprays, gum balls, mints, and more.
While it can’t hurt to go with all of these products at once, those on a tighter budget would probably be best suited sticking with the toothpaste and mouthwash, as these are the fundamentals. However, anyone looking for short-term protection may find the mints or gum useful, as they do far more than the typical over the counter breath fresheners would do.
I’ve been using BreathRX products myself for over a year now, and while I’ve only used the toothpaste and the mouthwash, all that I can say is that I continue to buy these products and no other. While they cost me a few extra dollars per month, the fact that I never have to worry about bad breath is well worth the money spent. These truly do the job like no other.
If you’re looking to save some money, I’d definitely suggest that you buy your BreathRX online, and in bulk. They have well-priced starter kits that you can find if you’d just like to try it out at first, but either way, the online prices will give you over double the value that you’ll typically find in local pharmacies.
Whether you should choose to use this product or not, I wish you luck. BreathRX definitely gets my highest marks.
